01 How is the installation done?
We have a network of specialised workshops:
Visit lobbo.eu/reservar to book your professional installation. Devices are placed hidden, preventing disconnections and location loss in case of theft.

02 Where in the vehicle is my LOBBO GPS installed?
When you visit a workshop, a professional will install the GPS in a completely hidden spot inside the vehicle, making it difficult for criminals to locate.
03 Will installing it void the warranty of my motorcycle or car?
Installing only the GPS will not void the warranty.
We also offer accessories like the alarm and the extended-battery device that can be installed without affecting the vehicle's warranty.
Before installing the immobilizer, consult your dealership first.
This accessory requires cutting a wire on the motorcycle to allow remote engine cut. Some dealers may consider this a modification that voids the warranty.
04 Does the GPS affect the performance of my car or motorcycle?
No, the LOBBO GPS device only uses power to stay active and that does not interfere with the vehicle's mechanics.
05 Are there monthly fees?
No, only after the first year will you be charged a platform maintenance fee of €49.
06 What happens if I don't pay my annual fee next year?
The device stops transmitting immediately; however, you can reactivate it online at any time by making the payment. Reactivation takes no more than 24 hours. We recommend paying before the due date.
07 What happens if I sell my vehicle?
You must let us know so the new owner can get access to the platform. You can request the device to be uninstalled, with an additional cost depending on the vehicle.
08 Can I install the GPS myself?
Yes, but it may be visible to thieves, so we don't recommend it.

01 What is the size of the device?
The device measures 7.9 x 4.3 x 1.2 cm. A very compact size, allowing installation anywhere in the vehicle.
02 How long does the device battery last?
The GPS has a low power draw of approximately 2 mAh when the vehicle is parked. This means it will not affect the battery.
We recommend starting the motorcycle once every 10 days and the car at least once a month.
03 What happens if I leave my vehicle inactive for a long time?
To avoid damaging the motorcycle battery, start it at least once every three weeks.
For cars, once every 3 months.
04 Does the GPS have its own battery?
Yes, the device can last up to 2 days when disconnected.
05 What warranty does the device have?
Lifetime.
Example: If your GPS device breaks in 10 years, we'll give you a new one.
06 Can I move the device to another vehicle?
Yes, you can uninstall and install the device in any vehicle.
07 Can I share my location?
Yes, for as long as you choose from the app.
08 Can a thief jam the signal?
Yes, approximately 15% of thefts use signal jammers.

The GPS triggers the siren when it detects nearby signal blockers; this is persuasive and alerts people around.

Theft Response
01 How does the response work?
We have third-party security support with over 10 years of experience and an anti-theft security protocol.
In case of theft, you can let us know and we'll do everything possible to locate, recover and return your vehicle.
All with the coordination of the relevant authorities.
02 What should I do if my car was stolen?
Contact us from the app as soon as possible so we can give you support and response. Everything depends on you: the sooner you let us know, the higher the chances of locating and recovering your vehicle.
03 Is LOBBO responsible for the value of the vehicle if it is not recovered after theft?
No, LOBBO does not act as insurance. We help to the maximum in vehicle recovery, but many factors outside our control can affect the outcome. We are not liable for the loss of the vehicle.
04 What is the response coverage area?
Currently the province of Barcelona, and we will be expanding very soon.
05 How do I know if my vehicle has been stolen?
You will most likely receive preventive alert notifications and you'll be able to watch in real time on our LOBBO app if there is any movement of your vehicle. Once confirmed, we recommend going to the location where the vehicle should be to confirm or rule out the theft.

03 What happens if I lose my phone? Can I log in from another phone?
Yes, simply download the LOBBO app again and log in with your username and password on any mobile device without any issue.
04 How far back can I see my routes?
You can view your trips up to 3 months back.
05 Can I share location?
Yes, the app will create a link with which you can share your location in real time.
06 What kind of reports do I have?

01 Will it drain my vehicle's battery?
For cars you won't have any issue unless the car is parked for 3 months or more. For low-displacement motorcycles (125cc or scooters), we recommend starting the motorcycle once a week; high-displacement motorcycles once a month.
02 Does the GPS device have a battery?
Yes, the device can keep transmitting for up to 24 hours when disconnected.
